New School Hall
· New School Building (Forms: 4 – 6) as I recall
· Dropping of the School Uniform ... that was very cool!
· Played HS Basketball ... we did quite well ... No Championships.
· School Excursions ... Hanging Rock (not long after the movie ‘Picnic at Hanging Rock’)
· Joined the Drama Club. Mr P Whitehead was the Drama Teacher (went back years later and found photos of myself from past productions)
· School Dance Nights ... saw and danced to Skyhooks, Billy Thorpe & The Aztecs, Sherbet, ...
· Had a ‘crush’ on my Arts Teacher ... I guess all boys do! - cannot recall her name.
· Studied French and German ... found German much easier to read and understand
· Student 1st Names (72 - 76): Peter, Russell, Susan, Eva, Bernice, Rachel, Mark, Richard, Carol (her parents owned The Esplanade Hotel) ...
Russell & Mark also payed ice hockey with me at St Moritz
